Our honey is a raw wildflower variety that is strained, but not filtered or overheated. The honey will crystalize and harden, as all raw honey does, but can be eaten as such or gently warmed to re-liquefy. Our honey comes in mason canning jars,in half pint and pints, and can be reused fore canning and many other purposes, reducing packaging waste.
